At Executive Option, giving back isn’t just a goal — it’s a core value. We are committed to continuing our work in making meaningful, lasting changes in the lives of those we serve.
Social Responsibility
At Executive Option, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is at the heart of everything we do. As a minority- and veteran-owned company, we strive to uplift our local communities through targeted initiatives that align with our values. From supporting veterans as they transition to civilian life to recognizing remarkable students in our school districts, we take pride in creating lasting impacts across various fronts. Our efforts extend beyond the workplace as we continue to engage with our partners and stakeholders to foster meaningful change.
CMF
Executive Option’s nonprofit arm, the Charlie-Mike Foundation, was founded with the mission to help veterans achieve economic stability and secure long-term careers. As part of our commitment to supporting the local veteran community, we host resume-building workshops, facilitate connections between veterans and industry leaders, and collaborate with other local and national organizations to address veterans’ challenges beyond job placement.
Our work doesn’t stop there. We also engage with employers and partner organizations to ensure veterans have access to the resources and tools they need to succeed in their careers. When corporate partners have job openings, we make sure veterans are first in line for consideration.

RARE Award Program
Executive Option also seeks to make an impact on the future through the R.A.R.E. Award Program, created to recognize and celebrate outstanding students who are excelling both academically and personally. Since its launch in 2022, the program has expanded its reach, working closely with participating schools in the Clark County School District to identify and reward an exceptional high school senior. One high school senior, in particular, is selected each year to receive a $10,000 scholarship to help them further their education.
Expanding Our Impact
Beyond these flagship programs, Executive Option proudly supports other community-focused initiatives, such as the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation, where our contributions help advance youth sports, education, and wellness programs in Las Vegas. Our sponsorship of Wildlife Warriors also highlights our global conservation efforts, underscoring our commitment to preserving wildlife and protecting endangered species worldwide.
