Founded by Mike Del Prado, the Charlie-Mike Foundation is a separate nonprofit organization supporting veterans, transitioning service members, members of the Guard and Reserve, military families, and other military-affiliated individuals.
The foundation helps participants translate their experience into meaningful civilian opportunities through mentorship, career development, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship support, professional networking, educational programming, and connections to trusted community resources.
Its work is designed not only to help individuals identify their next opportunity, but also to strengthen confidence, expand professional networks, develop future leaders, and support long-term success beyond military service.

Mike Del Prado founded Executive Option to provide organizations with independent perspective, experienced leadership, and the accountability required to move complex initiatives from uncertainty to measurable progress.
His experience spans executive advisory and interim leadership, enterprise transformation, technology modernization, global ERP and business-system programs, cybersecurity, compliance, vendor negotiation, managed services, operational improvement, and recovery of distressed initiatives.
Mike has supported public-sector agencies and private enterprises across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. His experience includes education, government, gaming and hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, mining, media, consumer products, and other complex operating environments.
As a veteran, Mike brings a leadership philosophy grounded in preparation, service, accountability, resilience, and responsibility for both the mission and the people responsible for carrying it forward.
He extends that commitment beyond EO through his leadership of the Charlie-Mike Foundation, helping veterans and military-affiliated individuals access mentorship, professional development, meaningful connections, and opportunities to continue their next mission with purpose.
