Today, what began as a one-man operation helmed by Del Prado has evolved into an enterprise of highly experienced and seasoned industry professionals, including hand-picked strategic partners spanning North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

The Charlie-Mike Foundation, Executive Option’s non-profit commitment, was created with the purpose of aiding veterans in finding economic stability and a long-term career. As a minority- and veteran-owned company, Executive Option is a corporate sponsor sharing in the objective to support the local veteran community.

Charlie-Mike Foundation was created with the mission of helping existing veterans—as well as service members transitioning out of the military into the civilian world—gather the skills and resources they will need to find professional success. We’ve hosted resume-building workshops, helped veterans connect with community and industry leaders and teamed up with other local and national organizations to address veterans’ issues beyond professional placement. We also collaborate with employers and other organizations so we can better understand how to equip veterans with the best tools to achieve their goals. If corporate partners have job opportunities, they are connected with veterans seeking employment.

RARE Award Program

The R.A.R.E. Award was created by Executive Option to commend remarkable students that are making an effort to excel in and out of the classroom. With 2023 being the inaugural year for the program, Executive Option plans to bring this program back annually, expanding to more schools each year. The program is for K-12 students in participating schools in the Clark County School District where school staff nominate students for their commendable achievements. In collaboration with participating schools, one high school senior will also be awarded a $10,000 scholarship to advance their education and take them to new levels.
